We believe in our products 100%. We do our best every day to make you happy and put a smile on your face with our service. However, we understand that our IPTV subscriptions may not always work perfectly for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a problem that we cannot solve and that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to give you your money back.

How do I submit a refund request?

Please write down your transaction order ID with the subject “Refund Request” and describe in your email the problems you are facing and the reason for this request. For certain reasons, we need you to send us evidence and we will also send you evidence about our work and things we notice and also need to show you to explain our position and decision in more detail and transparently.

Conditions:

Please understand and accept that due to technical issues, we cannot provide a refund unless you allow us to reasonably resolve the issue and help you. If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will refund your money. Contact our live support anytime 24/7 if you need an assistant.
Refunds can only be made within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, refunds cannot be processed.

Only purchases made within less than 7 days will be fully refunded. All other refund requests will be partially refunded depending on the subscription period used. 4KIPTVKOPEN support team will contact users in all refund cases.

If the user cannot set up his own box and system on his side:

In all cases of help requests, we offer you the best possible support in setting up your boxes, devices, apps and systems. The reason is that we know nothing about the conditions with the box, the devices and the system etc. Our support is limited to predefined steps for device configuration.

If some channels freeze, buffer, or sometimes don’t work:

Although almost all of our servers are stable, there may be times when some channels freeze or stop working for various reasons. However, this is not permanent. Our experienced technicians are constantly working to fix them.

Usually these problems are temporary and have the following causes:

Fluctuations in customer internet.
Problem with box/apps/customer configuration in general.
Your ISP has a problem.
Channel is disabled server-side.
Customer has changed their mind and wants to withdraw/change server.
Server update/restart from our side (weekly service required).
